 1. Key Principles

* All return requests must be submitted within *5 days* of delivery.
* Returns are only available for orders delivered within *Australia*.
* International orders are not eligible for returns but may qualify for Store Credit if a verified issue is found.
* Sohna Sukh does *not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as **Store Credit only*.

 2. How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return request by contacting our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

* A clear explanation of the issue
* Supporting photos, if applicable

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

 3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

* Unused, unworn, and unwashed
* In its original condition
* Returned with original packaging and tags attached
* Free from any alterations or modifications

For quality-related concerns, customers may be asked to provide clear photos showing the issue.

 4. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns will not be approved for:

* Change of mind
* Ordered by mistake
* No longer needed
* Dislike after receiving the product
* Minor variations in color, fabric, embroidery, embellishments, or finish
* Size or fit concerns where the correct item was delivered

Items that have been:

* Worn or used
* Washed or dry cleaned
* Altered or stitched
* Damaged due to misuse

Other cases:

* Requests submitted after 5 days of delivery
* Requests without sufficient information or evidence
* Any suspected fraudulent activity

 5. Custom Orders

All custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, altered, or specially requested products are considered Custom Orders.

Due to the nature of custom production, all Custom Orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or Store Credit.

This includes:

* Customized sizing or measurements
* Personalized designs or modifications
* Made-to-order garments
* Special requests approved before production

If a Custom Order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or the wrong item has been delivered, customers must contact Sohna Sukh within *5 days of delivery* and provide clear photographic evidence.

Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, Sohna Sukh may, at its sole discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or Store Credit.

 6. Refund Policy

Sohna Sukh does not provide monetary refunds.

In approved cases where a return is accepted, compensation will be issued as *Store Credit only*, which can be used for future purchases on the Sohna Sukh website.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 7. Store Credit Policy

* Store Credit will be issued after the returned item passes inspection.
* Store Credit can be used for future purchases on the Sohna Sukh website.
* Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* If a returned item does not pass inspection, the return request may be declined.

Store Credit will typically be processed within *48 business hours* after approval.

* All return requests are subject to review and approval by Sohna Sukh.
* Additional information may be requested where necessary.
* In cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraud, requests may be denied.
* Sohna Sukh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
